We want to make it as easy as possible for businesses to get started with the PayMongo platform! We do not charge any set-up fees or monthly fees to use our service.
We only go by a per-transaction rate with the following:
All payments from non-Philippine issued cards will be charged an additional 1% cross-border fee. In the dashboard, we will be adding clear indicators as to the origin of the payment and, if any, the corresponding cross-border fee associated with it.
You will only get charged when you make a successful transaction with us. Check out our pricing page for the pricing calculator.
Please take note that you can only accept payments via PayMongo once you have been activated.
After you have successfully submitted your request for account activation, it typically takes 7 business days for our onboarding team to review your application.
Our onboarding team will send you an email once your account has been approved or if they have any follow-up questions, such as missing documents or clarifications about your business.

The PayMongo Virtual Account Holder Customer agrees to pay other fees and charges related to his/ her transfers out of the PayMongo Virtual Account, as may be applicable. The said transfers shall be inclusive of all applicable Philippine taxes and shall be debited from the PayMongo Virtual Account or paid upfront.
Charging of dormancy maintenance fees shall apply to PayMongo Virtual Accounts that have not been used for any monetary transaction for at least six (6) months from the last date of transaction.
