PayMongo can issue Official Receipts (ORs) on a monthly or quarterly basis. The cut-off for transactions included in the OR is at 11:59 pm on the last day of the month requested.You can request an OR by sending an e-mail with your business name, TIN, and requested dates to tax@paymongo.com. For merchants who are active withholding agents on our system, submission of a signed BIR 2307 is required for OR issuance.
VAT ORs will only be issued for payments made on February 1, 2021, and onwards. Previous payments will be issued regular ORs.🚨
Non-authorized withholding agents are not entitled to the 2% withholding tax refund. 🚨
