Step 1: Check your Qualifications
Must have an active and operating business.
Business must be registered with DTI or SEC, or businesses that are about to register.
Business must have a visible online presence through at least one of the following:
- Online Store (own website)
- E-commerce platform (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, GlobalLinker, Prestashop)
- Social Media Page (Facebook, Instagram)
Step 2: Prepare the Documents
For SEC Registered Business - Corporation (Stock, Non-Stock, OPC)
SEC Certificate of Incorporation
Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws (all pages)
Latest General Information Sheet (GIS) submitted to and received by the SEC (all pages)
Government-issued ID of any of the incorporators (1 primary ID or 2 secondary IDs)
Government-issued ID of authorized person to transact with PayMongo (1 primary ID or 2 secondary IDs)
Duly notarized Secretary’s Certificate
For SEC Registered Business - Partnership
SEC Certificate of Registration
Articles of Partnership
Government-issued ID of the partners (1 primary ID or 2 secondary IDs)
Government-issued ID of the authorized representative (one (1) primary ID or three (2) secondary IDs), if the representative is not any of the partners
For DTI Registered Business - Sole Proprietorship
DTI Certificate of Registration
Government-issued ID of the owner (1 primary ID or 2 secondary IDs)
For Businesses that are about to register (limited payment options)
Government-issued ID of the owner (1 primary ID or 3 secondary IDs)
Business Permit issued by Barangay or Local Government, if available
