  • Online Store (own website)
  • E-commerce platform (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, GlobalLinker, Prestashop)
  • Social Media Page (Facebook, Instagram)

Step 2: Prepare the Documents

For SEC Registered Business - Corporation (Stock, Non-Stock, OPC)

Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws (all pages)

Latest General Information Sheet (GIS) submitted to and received by the SEC (all pages)

Government-issued ID of any of the incorporators (1 primary ID or 2 secondary IDs)

Government-issued ID of authorized person to transact with PayMongo (1 primary ID or 2 secondary IDs)

Duly notarized Secretary’s Certificate
